Elucit,
Inc. has acquired all products, assets, and intellectual property of Avatel,
Inc. The Avatel product line (which monitors temperature, humidity, voltage,
and amperage) fits closely with Elucit's mission to become the leading provider
of unattended internet based data monitoring and information management
services. Elucit will continue to use the Avatel trademark for the Avatel
product line. No changes are anticipated in either personnel or facilities
